Prices for each commission may vary. The listings below serve as a baseline or estimate guide for each commission type. Prices may increase based on changes in quality, canvas size, line quality, and other variables, and will be discussed accordingly.

General Information

  1. Artistic Styles: I specialize in creating digital art in anime and semi-realism styles. My services include character design, illustrations, original characters, game-related artwork, and NSFW content (which must be discussed).

  2. Drafts and Mockups: Depending on the complexity of your commission, you may receive one or more drafts/mockups for you to choose from.

  3. Sketch Approval: You will receive sketch and/or final sketches for your approval before I proceed with the final artwork.

  4. Final Artwork: You will receive a full-resolution file (approximately 6000 x 4000 pixels at 300 DPI) of the final drawing, as well as a smaller version suitable for internet upload (usually in PNG format).

  5. Customer Satisfaction: I am committed to ensuring my customers are happy with their commissions. If you encounter any issues with your commission, please communicate with me promptly so we can find a solution together.

  6. Public Privacy: Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to use and publish the artwork and work-in-progress (WIP) images on my social media platforms.

  7. Creative Freedom: I maintain full creative freedom over the artistic process.

  8. Art Style: I do not alter my art style to accommodate commissions.

  9. Additional Character: Adding extra characters to a commission may incur an additional charge of 50-100%.

  10. Extra NSFW Content: If you request additional NSFW content, there will be an additional charge of 50%.

  11. Rush Orders: Requests with deadlines earlier than 2 months from the date of commission will start at an additional 50%.

  12. Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  13. Delivery: Once completed, I will send all commission files via email. Please provide your email address in your order for reference.

  14. Additional Work: Any additional work requested beyond the initial commission will incur an extra charge based on the time required to complete it.

  15. Commercial Use: You are not permitted to sell or redistribute the commissioned work for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.

  16. Artwork Reuse and Modification: Artworks cannot be reused or modified without my consent.

  17. Deadlines: Please refrain from requesting deadlines that may add stress to my workflow. The average turnaround time for a finished piece is 3-4 weeks.

  18. Termination: If you fail to respond to revisions or updates for over 14 days, the commission will be considered completed without further action.

  19. Refunds: There are specific conditions for refunds:

  • No refunds once work has commenced.

  • A full refund if I am unable to start your commission.

  • A full refund if you cancel your order before work begins.

  • Do not request a Paypal chargeback for a refund.

Payment Information

  1. Currency and Payment Methods: I accept payments in USD. Payments are processed via PayPal (Payoneer for commercial orders if necessary) or Wise.

  2. Payment Structure: Commissions can be paid either: 100% upfront, or split into 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  3. Payment Process: Please do not send any payment until I have confirmed your slot and requested payment. Provide your email for invoicing, and full payment is required before sending the sketch.

Process and Delivery

  1. Commission Progress: I will notify you when I begin working on your commission.

  2. Reviews and Feedback: While working on your commission, I will collaborate with you to ensure your satisfaction.

  3. Delivery Time: Completion times can vary from 1 week to 3 months due to factors such as health, complexity, and other work commitments. I will inform you promptly of any delays.

  4. Delivery Format: Once finished, you will receive the final artwork in digital format, including both full-resolution and web-friendly versions. Physical products are not provided.

Revisions

  • Included Revisions: You are entitled to 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece at no additional cost.

  • Additional Revisions: A fee may apply if you request changes to the final drawing, except in cases of misunderstanding on my part. The fee will be based on an hourly rate.

  • Unclear References: If your reference materials are unclear from the outset, additional charges may apply for subsequent changes.

Copyright and Usage Policy

  1. Cancellation and Refund: I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at my discretion, for any reason.

  2. Copyright Ownership: I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. This means that I am the legal owner of the artwork, even after it has been commissioned and paid for.

  3. Intellectual Property (IP): I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork. The IP remains with you, the customer, as the creator of the concept or character depicted in the artwork.

  4. Profits from Artwork: I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you, the customer, break any of the terms outlined in this agreement. My primary aim is to provide you with the artwork you desire, and I do not intend to profit beyond our agreed terms.

  5. Online Display: I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, including but not limited to my portfolio, website, and social media platforms. This allows me to showcase my work and promote my services.

  6. Client's Right to Display: You, as the client, may upload the commissioned artwork to any website and social media channels you choose for personal use and non-commercial sharing. This includes sharing with friends, family, or your online community.

  7. Prohibited Commercial Uses: You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece, which includes but is not limited to reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand (POD) services, or creating prints for commercial purposes.

  8. Alterations with Consent: You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) explicit consent. Any modifications or alterations should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  9. Selling as an Adoptable: In some cases, you MAY be allowed to sell the artwork as part of an Adoptable character or concept. However, this must be discussed and agreed upon with me before payment for the artwork is made.

  10. Customer's Intellectual Property Rights: You, the customer, retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) associated with the concept or character depicted in the commissioned artwork. This means you have control over how the character is used beyond the commissioned artwork.

  11. Commercial Use Discussion: If you intend to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, such as in a commercial project or merchandise, this must be discussed and agreed upon separately. Additional licensing or usage fees may apply for such usage.

Copyright Infringement

  1. Commercial Reproduction and Usage: Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposes, which includes any activity that generates income or profit in any way, is prohibited without explicit permission.

  2. False Ownership Claims: Claiming the commissioned artwork as your own creation is strictly prohibited. The artwork is the result of my artistic work, and I retain ownership and authorship rights.

  3. Unauthorized Alterations: Making any alterations or modifications to the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) explicit consent is not allowed.

In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be available for purchase. However, this must be discussed and agreed upon separately, and the terms of such an agreement will be outlined in a separate contract or arrangement.Please be aware that copyright infringement is a serious violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to respect and adhere to these copyright terms. About commercial-use: the artist retains the commercial rights of the work unless you take a commercial license. Commercial-use refers to the rights of using the commission in profits related activity specified by the license. Note that reselling or minting the work as NFT's is not authorized in any circumstances.
